Built for the field, not the office
You manage your vacation rentals on the field: between two check-ins, on the way to a property, in a basement with no signal. The Easyical app was designed for exactly those moments. Not to keep you stuck behind a computer, but to make every mission immediately available, wherever you are and whatever the network quality.
Two modes, one tool
Whether you're an owner, manager or cleaning provider, the app adapts to your role with a dedicated interface. Everyone uses the same app, but sees only what concerns them.
To run the daily operations
Email and password login (or via Apple/Google). You access all your properties, schedules, providers, invoices and statistics. You add properties, create filtered views, assign providers, review validation photos and track your activity in real time.

Ultra-simple login via access code (no account, no email, no password to remember). The provider only sees the missions assigned to them, with practical details for each property. No sensitive information, no risk of manipulation error.

Dashboard — Your activity at a glance
The app home screen shows you, in a single look, the critical indicators of the day: cleanings to do today, cleanings in progress, upcoming check-ins and any alerts (sync issues, low inventory). Designed as a daily cockpit: everything that requires action is at the top, the rest goes down the timeline.

Cleaning schedule — The time view
Chronological list of all cleaning missions with date, time, property, assigned provider and status (to do, in progress, done). Filter by property, provider, status or date. This is the screen that answers the simple question: what needs to happen this morning, this afternoon, tomorrow?

Properties — Your catalogue
List of all your properties with their sync sources (Airbnb, Booking, Beds24…), their real-time sync status and quick access to their practical sheet. You can add, edit or pause a property from the app, without going back to the computer.

Property detail — Everything to know
Complete sheet of a property: address, check-in/check-out times, access codes, provider instructions, specific notes, active reservation sources and cleaning history. This is the page the provider opens before each mission to know where to go and what to do.

Cleaning detail — Validation and traceability
For each cleaning mission, the provider can take before and after photos, report consumables used (which automatically updates your inventory) and validate the mission. Owner-side, you see everything in real time: archived photos, consumables and completion time. It's your quality guarantee and your traceability in case of a guest dispute.

Custom views — Filter by your own logic
Create custom views grouping your properties by your own logic: by district, by assigned provider, by rental type, by client. Your providers receive a code linked to a specific view and only access the properties in that view. Ideal for a team spread across multiple geographical zones.

Upcoming reservations — Anticipation
List of upcoming reservations across all your properties, sorted by arrival date. Helps anticipate the cleaning load for the coming days, spot a tight check-in/check-out gap that will require a quick turnaround, and prepare the team accordingly.

Statistics — Measure to decide
Activity indicators per property and globally: number of cleanings completed, occupancy rate, revenue per property. Numerical data that helps you identify your best-performing properties and measure workload.

Push notifications — You know everything, in real time
Native iOS/Android push notifications instantly inform you of events that need your attention. No need to open the app to stay aware: a vibration, a glance at the lock screen, and you know.

You can fine-tune each type of notification in the app settings, to receive only what really matters to you.
Offline mode — Operational anywhere
Your providers often work in places with poor or no network: basements, underground parking, old stone buildings, rural areas. The Easyical app is designed to remain fully functional in these conditions.
- All schedule data and property sheets are cached locally when the app is opened, as soon as a connection is available.
- Once cached, your providers access all the information they need: addresses, access codes, instructions, schedules — without needing the network.
- Photos taken during a mission are stored locally on the phone, even offline.
- As soon as the phone regains a connection (Wi-Fi or 4G/5G), photos are automatically synced in the background, without user intervention.
- You receive the mission validation notification at the moment of actual sync, not before — you know what was really uploaded.
