How to connect Beds24 to Easyical
Easyical is an official Beds24 partner: the connection is activated from your account, with no key to copy.
- Activate Easyical in Beds24In Beds24, open the Marketplace, find Easyical and activate it on the properties to sync.
- Detect your propertiesIn Easyical, open the menu next to New, then Import my accommodations and Beds24. Choose "Connect my account" then "Detect my properties", with the same email as on Beds24.
- Or use an API keyIf you already use a Beds24 API key, the API key tab is still available.
Every booking confirmed in Beds24 arrives in Easyical, whatever the channel.

Frequently asked questions
Easyical signed a partnership agreement with Beds24 and is listed in the Beds24 Marketplace. The connection uses the official Beds24 API, not an iCal link.
No. Just enable Easyical in the Marketplace of your Beds24 account. Connecting with an API key is still possible if you already use one.
Check that Easyical is enabled on those properties in the Beds24 Marketplace, and that you use the same email on Beds24 and Easyical. Otherwise, use the "API key" tab.
No. Beds24 already centralizes your reservations from every platform. Once Beds24 is connected, everything flows into Easyical.
No. The connection is read-only: Easyical reads your properties and reservations without writing anything to Beds24.
