Paste your PMS API credentials. Easyical lists your properties, you tick the ones to follow, and they are created at once.

Depending on the PMS, name, address and capacity come with each property. Only the cleaning details are left to add.

The booking arrives

Every confirmed booking arrives in Easyical, with no copy and paste.

The actual guest count

Adults and children are taken from the booking. That is exactly what an iCal link does not send.

The booking platform

Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or direct booking: each stay keeps its origin, all the way to your statistics.

Read every 10 minutes

New bookings are read every 10 minutes with a subscription, every 6 hours on the free plan.

The cleaning gets scheduled

Each checkout creates its cleaning in the schedule, in the property's time slot.

The cleaning joins the schedule of the view that groups this property, with that view's rates.

Each provider sees their cleanings with their access code, from the app or the website, with no account to create.

Permissions you choose

For each code, you choose what is shown: prices, guests, other providers.

Linen ready for 4

The linen bag is calculated for the stay, not for the property capacity.

Based on beds and guests

Bedding, towels and mats are calculated from the beds, the bathrooms and the guest count of the next arrival.

Consumables in the same bag

Coffee, soap, toilet paper: each property's kit is added to the linen, so nothing is forgotten.

Ready, with who and when

The bag is marked ready in one tap, with the name of the person who packed it and the time.

BeforeThe bag is packed by guesswork, based on the property capacity.

NowBedding and towels are calculated for the 4 guests, then the bag is marked “Ready”.

Dates change, the schedule follows

A booking that changes moves its cleaning, without you stepping in.

Cancellations and extensions

If the booking is cancelled, its cleaning leaves the schedule. If the stay is extended, the cleaning slides to the new checkout day.

Your provider notified

A notification goes out as soon as the change is picked up in Easyical.

A record of every change

The activity log keeps the history of changes, with their date.
