Connect Smoobu to Easyical
Easyical connects directly to your Smoobu account. Your accommodations and reservations come in on their own, with the number of guests.
How to connect Smoobu to Easyical
An API key and its secret are all it takes to link Smoobu to Easyical.
- Create the key in SmoobuIn Smoobu, open Advanced settings > API keys, then create a key.
- Generate the secretClick Generate secret. Smoobu requires the key and its secret together: without the secret, the connection is refused.
- Import your propertiesIn Easyical, open the menu next to New, then Import my accommodations and Smoobu. Paste the key and the secret, then tick your properties.
Every booking confirmed in Smoobu arrives in Easyical, whatever the channel.
- All your channelsSmoobu centralizes Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and your direct bookings. One connection is enough to get them all.
- Adults and childrenThe guest count of each stay is taken from Smoobu, which the individual iCal link does not send.
- Changes includedA booking cancelled or changed in Smoobu is picked up at the next sync, every 10 minutes with a subscription.
Each Smoobu checkout creates its cleaning in the schedule, in the property's time slot.
- In the right viewThe cleaning joins the schedule of the view that groups this property, with that view's rates.

An iCal link only contains dates. The direct connection also brings the number of adults and children for each stay, and the booking platform (Airbnb, Booking).
Your key and secret are encrypted before being stored. Easyical only reads your accommodations and reservations: nothing is changed in Smoobu.
Yes. If you'd rather not create an API key, Smoobu's individual iCal link is still an option (Settings > Booking portals > Individual iCal).
