Cleaning, from A to Z
Everything needed to prepare, track and validate each cleaning, down to the photos that prove the property is ready.
A validation that logs everything
One tap marks the cleaning as done: the date, time and provider's name are recorded. The summary lists the consumables left. A quality control can follow before the next guest arrives.
Cleaning photos and videos
The provider attaches photos and videos once the cleaning is done, to prove the property is ready. They stay available with the job for 45 days, useful in case of a dispute or for a remote check.

Detailed tour of the main screens of the application, to understand exactly what you (and your providers) will find day-to-day.
- Dashboard: Your activity, today and upcoming. The Today tab lists the day's cleanings and interventions, property by property. The Upcoming tab covers the next 7 days so you can anticipate the workload. Everything stays available offline.
- Property detail: Everything to know. Access codes with a photo of their location, check-in and check-out times, an address that opens in Maps or Waze, and the cleaning history. This is the sheet the provider opens before each mission.
- Cleaning schedule: List and calendar views. In list view, cleanings are grouped by day with the number of arrivals and departures. In calendar view, you see the month at a glance and the detail of the day you tap.
- Cleaning detail: Validation and issue reporting. The provider adds photos and videos, validates the cleaning and reports a problem if they see one. You are notified, and you can check the result.
- Extra interventions: Tracking and communication. A problem reported during a cleaning lands here: you schedule it as an intervention, with a date and an amount. Provider and owner exchange on it through notes, backed by photos.
- Statistics: Revenue and cleanings. Revenue for the period, occupancy rate and breakdown by platform. For each property, the number of cleanings completed and pending.

Easyical coordinates cleaning for your short-term rentals. We connect to your platforms (Airbnb, Booking, and others), turn each reservation into a task, and notify the right provider. For hosts, managers, concierge services and cleaning companies.
No. Easyical doesn't replace your platforms: you keep your Airbnb, Booking and other accounts. We just connect to your iCal calendars to import your reservations and generate your cleaning schedules.
Smoobu, Hostaway, Guesty, Lodgify and Beds24 (of which Easyical is an official partner) connect directly: your properties and their bookings are imported at once. Any other platform that exposes an iCal link also works, which is most of the market: Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo, Abritel and others.
- Easyical imports your reservations from your platforms via iCal links. For each check-out, a cleaning task is created on the right date.
- The update frequency depends on your plan: every 10 minutes (Base Package) or 4× per day (Free).
